Aboriginal Apprentice Board of Ontario Conference

Local 879’s Vice President Brother Ernie Bishop, in his capacity as the Teamsters Canada Indigenous Peoples Liaison, recently attended the Aboriginal Apprentice Board of Ontario Conference. The above picture is Brother Bishop standing with a traditional grass dancer on his left and a traditional war dancer on his right. Both dancers performed at the opening ceremony for the conference which was held in Thunder Bay Ontario, from November 5th – 7th.
