Essex Terminal Railway at Chrysler’s in Windsor

I want to personally thank Brother Parent for a job well done negotiating and ratifying a first collective agreement for a new group of members working for Essex Terminal Railway at Chrysler’s in Windsor. 

ETR was the successful bidder on work to drive the cars off the lot and they needed to be unionized and a separate agreement in place ASAP in order to start work today. 

Brother Parent negotiated a deal, starting Christmas Eve, ending in a 100% ratification by the members this afternoon.
