CAA South Central Ontario Update #2

Note that CAA thinks adding more workload  and learning new skills with no offered increase, is good for employees mental health when employees are already stretched thin and stressed…but hey they offer an EAP program and 10am yoga for that.

Upper management is so out of touch with what our frontline members go through every single day. The pandemic has added significant workloads. Everything has changed.

Our members care about their clients and work tirelessly to give them the service they have come to expect. According to our members,  business is returning quickly while they also juggle a significant backlog of re-bookings, refunds, credits,  etc. for their clients.
